This is actually one of the nicest pieces of editorial design I've come across, what makes it even more impressive is it's actually self produced using an inkjet printer. Obviously it can be quite difficult to create the desired effect with everyday printers, but this has worked just fine. There is also examples of what I think is duotone throughout and also full CMYK.
