RETNA

-

I've been a fan of RETNA's work for a long time, more so with his approach to creating ancient visual letterforms on a large scale surfaces. His application through colour and form create an highly desirable visual space where you can see his hardworking process flourishing. Also looking through his works I noticed a space where he created a black on black wall space in a Chanel store, on Robertson Bvld.

It's interesting to see this artist using music to aid his work, almost adding a second influence to the motion of brush strokes. Something I want to adapt with my own work during the Fishtank brief.
